Working for Adaptive Path -the notorious Experience Design house and now a part of Capital One - was a great experience. I got to work on a number of projects and got a close-up look at how they work on re-imagining the customer experience from the ground up. I worked on redesigning elements of the .org site based on a comprehensive module inventory I carried out. New sections were added, content moved around and new content added. I designed icons and layout of modules, and brand new sections of the site based on the visual brand profile already in place on the .com site.
